self defense training secrets inside! by Martial

I started with with kung fu training in australia through an Erle Motague Dim Mak guide. Dim mak and mixture of Wing Chun and boxing rounded it all out! I always had the idea of better systems out there somewhere. So I left University in Australia and decided to move to China Town in Sydney where there are huge amounts of martial and self defense schools from some great kung fu masters. This was a great period of learning.

We all have a range of experiences in kung fu training or love watching MMA or kickboxing. it is because of all the martial movies and games out there.

Video Games, Martial Arts Movies, Kung Fu Centers with online training fantastic to participate in. I have full utilized the opportunity of this range and tried a few styles when I was young. Im sure everyone wanted to be able to fight like Bruce or Brandon Lee?

Martial arts training per researchs on popular sports happens to be one of the Sates and Europes favourite hobbies. I myself have been training in the various martial arts for years. Like many people I actually stated my training at about 12 years old. Chinese styles have been my favourite but now with the World opening up I have come into contact with more Japanese and now further Eastern Asian styles.

Currently I live in the Philippines and they are fanatical about their arnis and escrima here. You learn about weapons and stick and knife fighting prior to open hand combat. It seems to me the further you go east of Japan the more agressive the system. Far from the Aikido tradition of 'Way of Harmony" into silat and the Indonesian fighting arts.

But my favourites are still the Chinese styles of Wing Chun in the Traditional way and also Bruce Lees adaption to form his Jeet Kune do. It is interesting that I have combined my own style of Aikido into these Chinese systems so to create my own mixture of styles to better suit myself.

No matter what your chosen system is, if it is wing chun shaolin or even aikido you can train at home effectively.

Today there is such a range of martial arts training supplies and home systems. This is such a bonus because now home training is a real reality. Of course there is no instructor but check out how you can learn without one.

Kimbo fights and MMA have seen a new rise of interest lately. It shows the brutal truth that often times all your training goes out the window in a time of crisis. All the rythm of the training disappears into the brutality of wild punches. But of course these guys are training to take on each others styles and most go to the ground very fast. Going to the ground on a busy street or in a pub is not something most people want to do.

Have you ever taken a look at focusmaster, the wooden dummy or the martialarm. This is mechanical instructors at the most or a great workout at the least.

The novice in kung fu or karate should be able to improve at a faster rate by having a realistic practise tool to train on. With the tools and time to drill his strikes and defenses in a way that is workable on the street and acceptable within the Dojo he would be getting a new way to train with full contact and feel.

For the experienced student our product allows him or her to really go for it with speed and power in their training. Imagine the ability to really lay-into your training partner with the full power of your kicks and blows.

Boxing Bags, Focus Master, Wooden Dummies are all great opportunities to set up a home gym and martialarts home training area.

The Martialarm is the only training dummy that moves and twists - up, down, left and right - just like a real opponent would! It can spring forward and it does strike back! It's the most effective training tool for wing chun, jeet kune do or kung fu since the wooden dummy.

The only thing I would say to a novice of the martial arts is DO NOT stick with one style. Go to a few schools and try a few varied systems. Find one that suits you and try it for a few years.

Its easy to find a teacher or school to train in your chosen martial arts.
